Ingredients for the Corn Cake

  • 6 big corns
  • 1 onion
  • 200 gr. Of ground meat
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 50 grs. Of black olive
  • 50 grs. Of raisins
  • 2 tablespoons of red chili
  • 5 pieces of chicken
  • Salt and pepper
  • 3 tablespoons Las Doscientas Arbequina

Preparation

First, cut the onion in to small slices, the fry in extra virgin Olive Oil Las 200, add the meat, until all are cooked, then season with salt and pepper.
Place a bowl add the raisins, one olives per serving, 1 hard boiled egg and the piece of chicken.

For the covered:
Cook the corn in a pot, then crushed and then add one tablespoon of olive oil Arbequina, the milk and salt until they are cooked well.
Remove form heat and add the yolks were two eggs.
Finally, sprinkle top with sugar and put in the oven (150-200 degrees) until the top is golden.

This recipe is enough for 4-5 persons.
