Extra Premium (Las 200)


Origin: Olives from our “Las Doscientas” property Pencahe at Maule Valley.

Variety: 70% Picual – 30% Arbequina.

Type of Olive Oil: Extra Virgen.

Harvest Date: April 15th – May 30th

Harvest Method: Cold, centrifuge extracted with a continuous Westfalia system.

Storage: In stainless steel tanks and protected by nitrogen.

Color: Yellowish-green

Maximum Acidity: 0,2 %.

Conservation: Store tighly sealed in a cool place, away from light and heat.

Tasting Notes

Nose: It perceives green almond notes, green plantain, with a touch of soft and aromatic species.

Taste: It has a pleasant flavor of fresh grass, which confirms the notes of green banana and pepper, with soft notes of green apple. With a nice stinging sensation through the end of the tongue.

Medium intensity oil, interesting and very balanced.
